Right to Refuse Service

Maison of Stories LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our store at our sole discretion. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our business and ensure a respectful, safe environment for our community of Readers.

We may refuse service or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: fraudulent or suspicious activity, including unauthorized payment methods or unusual order patterns; violation of store policies, including misuse of promotions, discount codes, or the Founding Readers program; disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior directed at our team or community; chargeback history or payment disputes initiated without prior contact; orders suspected to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors; or failure to pass order verification or fraud screening.

If an order is cancelled under this policy, you will be notified via the email provided at checkout. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Skin Safety & Allergy Disclaimer

Maison of Stories LLC creates body oils, perfume oils, and personal care products formulated with fragrance oils, carrier oils, and botanical ingredients. While we take every measure to ensure product quality, individual sensitivities vary and we cannot guarantee that any product will be suitable for every person.

All products are for external use only. A patch test is strongly recommended before full application — apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow, wait 24 hours, and discontinue use if any irritation, redness, itching, or discomfort occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds, and mucous membranes. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use.
