SHIPPING POLICY

Every order placed with Maison of Stories is prepared with intention. Please review the following before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days of the confirmed order placement. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. During high-volume dates and limited drops, processing times may extend. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders. Maison of Stories LLC reserves the right to select or change carriers at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery. If a carrier change occurs after your order is placed, you will receive an updated tracking number. Any carrier change will not affect your shipping cost unless explicitly communicated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Maison of Stories LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for a $10.00 re-shipping fee. Packages will be held for 14 calendar days. After that, the order will be cancelled and store credit issued for the product amount only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges apply for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Weather and Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Extreme weather or carrier disruptions may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Package Protection

Maison of Stories LLC partners with Navidum Package Protection to offer optional coverage for lost, stolen, and damaged shipments. Navidum is available as an add-on at checkout and we strongly encourage all Readers to add it, especially for higher-value orders.

If you add Navidum protection and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, file a claim directly at https://app.navidiumapp.com/front-end/. Navidum will handle your claim according to their coverage terms.

If you decline Navidum Package Protection at checkout, you accept full responsibility for your package after it has been transferred to the carrier. Maison of Stories LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit when Navidum coverage was not selected.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier branch. If you have Navidum protection, file your claim through Navidum. If you opted out, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
