Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@maisonofstories.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. All approved cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
